I ordered a cellphone throughBobshop, and cancelled it before it was handed to the courier guy on their side. However, Cellucity still sent the phone, and tookR21560 out of my Mobicred account. The phone was sent back to Bedfordview, and according to process, Bobshop must now refund the Cellucity money to my Mobicred account. Bobshop has now leftme withthe predicament as Cellucity does not have money in their Bobshop account. Sequestration? I tried to sort it out with Cellucity as Bobshop cannot fulfill their promises, and Nicholas the Store manager informed me that (he) the store manager is not available and works from Ireland. Any idea how I can get the money refunded into my mobicred account? R21 600. There is just no way of contacting first for women to follow up on a claim, except for the call centre. I called the call centre for the last 2 months. The app didn't work when I tried to submit the claim. A claim was then captured telephonically. They called me back a couple of times in the last 2 months when I requested them to via the app, now that also doesn't work. No claim for my roof is registered according to the call centre consultants, although the assessor was sent out twice. If i get them to call me back, they only refer to a geyser claim of sep last year, when their contractors slashed my undercover of the roof and moved the tiles. It was raining in and now the walls are damaged. apart from that, cement is breaking loose due to bad weather conditions. They promise to find out and call me back. they don't. the assessor 0763483027 can't remember what he reported/ advised and wants me to call his office. 0860277377. I cannot get through. I will have to get a quote and pay for it myself as no one can tell me what's going on. It should be LAW that there must be an email address and contact name/ number to contact an insurance. Does FFW even exist? who takes my R2000 every month? is it not just a website with 3 call centre agents and an assessor?
