Rude, dishonest, stay far away from any rentals under their name

Stay far away from any rentals with this Agency, Rude and dishonest! I had a very disappointing experience with this rental company, particularly when it came to the return of my rental deposit. Despite leaving the property in good condition and documenting everything upon move-out, they withheld half of my deposit for damages and issues I did not cause.

I waited 15 days for my deposit, they did not have any copies or proof of the ingoing inspection list which means the outgoing inspection is invalid and they weren’t allowed to deduct any fees. But they did, more than R10 000

This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional—it borders on ********. I’ve since learned that others have had similar experiences with this company.

If you’re considering renting from them, be extremely cautious. Take thorough photos/videos before and after your lease, keep all communication in writing, and don’t expect a fair or honest deposit return.
