Agent sends Menace Applicator to your site & supports his lies

Neil Cloete (Spectrum Consulting) is the official Western Cape Cemcrete Agent for the area, who sent to my site an unruly menace who could not even organize the correct color to be app**** as quoted (Applicator Nico Rheeder). Cloete supported the lies of the Applicator re the color, knew that the correct color was not in stock. Requests to Cloete to send another Applicator were answered with letting the Menace Applicator finish. Neil Cloete also negates manufacturer's instructions for surface preparation and application by endorsing the opinion that instructions are to be followed or ignored as the Applicator wishes. Failure of the surface of this type of product is known to result from improper surface preparation & application. Neil Cloete still insisted on this Applicator be again allowed on site after receiving full report of unruly conduct with audio extracts from surveillance footage and asked that Client does not check on work being done. What kind of business is this ?
