+-2 months ago someone bumped into my car while it was parked.The damage didnt seem bad until the next day the ignition stopped working.The car was taken in and Shirley Bell was the broker.I had just dropped her as a broker after she informed me my insurance would be cancelled as this claim would cost R 26000.In spite, she sabotaged the process with the assessors,CENSEO, making them questioning the validity of the issue,then the assessors took over a month to assess that a pin had popped out and yes it was related to the accident.On my birthday I was called in brought to tears by 3 males (I recorded this convo).By the time my car hire had lapsed it was still being 'assessed'.In a previous accident caused by my ex,Santam had simply extended the rental.I received this call and said to Eurocar to contact the broker and Santam as they did last time for extension.I did not hear from them or anyone,and the vehicle was still being assessed and had not been fixed, the rental was extended. Eurocar wants to charge me R 3000 for the hire car for a claim that worked out to R4500 of which I pay R3500.Taking so long to assess is not my issue.Santam, CENSEO and Shirley, take some responsibility!
