I logged a complaint about my meter box because the keypad was no longer working, preventing me from loading electricity. As a result,we had to sleep in the dark last night. Today, when they called,they simply told me that the electricians were at my gate- without ever informing me beforehand what time to expect them as its during the day,I'm at work. Fortunately,I work close to home,so I asked my boss to let me attend to the issue. I rushed home, driving like crazy to ensure I arrived on time, only to find that the electricians were nowhere to be seen. To make matters worse,no one was answering my calls. I had no choice but to return to work, deeply disappointed and without any assistance. O am beyond hurt and frustrated, especially since I have an infant who needs warm milk. Their service is terrible, showing no care or consideration for people's needs
