I logged a complaint about my meter box because the keypad was no longer working, preventing me from loading electricity. As a result,we had to sleep in the dark last night. Today, when they called,they simply told me that the electricians were at my gate- without ever informing me beforehand what time to expect them as its during the day,I'm at work. Fortunately,I work close to home,so I asked my boss to let me attend to the issue. I rushed home, driving like crazy to ensure I arrived on time, only to find that the electricians were nowhere to be seen. To make matters worse,no one was answering my calls. I had no choice but to return to work, deeply disappointed and without any assistance. O am beyond hurt and frustrated, especially since I have an infant who needs warm milk. Their service is terrible, showing no care or consideration for people's needs
I gogglled which Signature Cosmetics is opening on Sunday and from what time. I found out that the one at Fleurdal mall BFN is opening at 08h00 until 14h00. When I get there at 08h00 it is not opened. I had to sit until 9h00. There is a new lady who was waiting as well for the shop to be opened. I told her that they need to update their times on Google as we rely on technology nowadays. What was even worse, the person who needs to open the shop was still waiting for the texi to be full. I had to leave as I've waited more than an hour. I'm disappointed really especially considering the fact that I was going to church. They need to rectify that.
