WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I tried to log a claim and it has been a very disappointing process. Called them to log a claim and a lady told me she is registering the claim and will send me further instructions via email. 3 days later, the email hadnt arrived. I called again and another lady promised to be resolving the problem and that they will get back to me. Its another 3 days now and no email has arrived. if claiming is so difficult then i dont need to be with a business thats this parthetic. I want the policy to be cancelled and all my premiums refunded cos I dont trust this business as a legit and credible business that i can entrust with my assets.
