WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I tried to log a claim and it has been a very disappointing process. Called them to log a claim and a lady told me she is registering the claim and will send me further instructions via email. 3 days later, the email hadnt arrived. I called again and another lady promised to be resolving the problem and that they will get back to me. Its another 3 days now and no email has arrived. if claiming is so difficult then i dont need to be with a business thats this parthetic. I want the policy to be cancelled and all my premiums refunded cos I dont trust this business as a legit and credible business that i can entrust with my assets.

Bad after service from Homzy!!!!

Disappointment is an understatement. Bought couches and two beds at this shop and they delivered one bed and the couch in exceptional condition and as per our expectation. The issue came with my bed which was very poorly done and looked nothing like what was on the catalogue and it was not in the colour requested. The bed was sent back to be re-done. They sent pics two weeks later of the bed which was sent back and the bed looked worse than what I sent back. Eventually i said they must send me pics of bed that are in stock that I can choose from. They sent pics and I chose a different bed and thought the process would be easy but I am still waiting for that bed to be delivered. They have been delaying and giving excuse after excuse and I am not confident that they will deliver however ill keep waiting for them to sort the matter out. Its been a month waiting for this bed and they are taking their own damn time and i am so done with Homzy and will never support them again!!!!!’

Worst service from Tyne Luxury Apartments Umhlanga!!!!!

Booked on bookings.com and confirmation was received and even sent comms to the property regarding my arrival time which they responded to. Upon arrival, the receptionist couldnt find my booking and connected me with a lady called Roxanne who told me that she cannot assist as my room had been allocated to someone else. Definitely the worst service ive received in quite some time and I will forever persuade people never to use this place cos of this experience. If there was a zero rating, these people deserve it. Anywhere where i can discredit them even on my social media profiles, i will do it. This is not how businesses are run.

Bad service from Banda Car Services

I got these guys from google as my car was losing power. They then saw that a pipe connected to my EGR valve was loose and they fixed it. They test drove the car and said it is fixed. We paid and drove off. Less than 5kms later, the car lost power and we called him and he said we must bring the car in. We brought it in and he was not keen on fixing the car. He kept on postponing. Eventually he committed to fixing it on the 14th December but we arrived late and he said we must come in the morning as it is too late. We told him we will book in so we can be there at 8. At 8 we were at his shop and are told he is in jhb. We call him and he denies that he agreed to meeting us at 8 and i ask for a refund and he tells me that he wont refund me cos this is a different job yet the car has same issues. He then hung up the phone and continued hanging up Until i stopped calling him. This is the most pathetic service ive ever received. Im extremely angry at the arrogance portrayed by the owner. Complete dosregard for the owner.
