Lots of complaints from a number of tenants.
Never deal with this company. Centro Property Group trading as Nova property group. 105 Club Ave, Waterkloof Heights, Pretoria, 0065 Corporate office ROTI ROLLERS PTY LTD. 225 points Never deal with this company. They are thieves and don't keep to their word. This can be proved in a court of law. I signed a lease, took occupation of a store that had no electricity connections. The electricity was on the previous tenants name so they hooked us on illegally while they tried getting the electricity on their name which took months. They installed a generator for my store in case the municipality comes to see how we got power to the store which was illegally connected. Bear in mind I have telephone recordings and emails to stand my ground. They have keys for the municipality power box. Camera footage of their electrician with keys going in the municipality box tampering with municipality live cables and feeding the store with illegal power. I was with the electrician with my phone recording on my top pocket. Every time the electrician came I recorded in the same manner. Thank God I did coz now it will all be used as evidence. They stole electricity from Escomb to feed their tenants electricity and charge double for all utilities used. No municipality billing was issued to me. No meter box was linked to the store. Evidence on hand. I have camera footage and photos of their own election installing illegal connections to my store and every move done to my store from occupation. Also e-mails and telephone conversations were all recorded. Athlone park shopping center. I've got sworn affidavits from tenants, wrong billing of tenants and much much more solid evidence to drag them down. I'm waiting for them to issue summons. They got something else coming. Since they recently changed name of the company I'll be issuing them with a bomb of a lawsuit on their new company because the new company is claiming. They won't know wat hit them. I'm not a bad person but I will have to take the necessary steps. I honestly hate to take someone's bread and butter away from them. This has become a criminal case and is going to be really bad. My legal advisor has advised not to publish any footage or incriminating evidence until further notice. Send the summons......... We waiting patiently. It starts from their.........

Very bad company! Stay away from them!
<div>Don't ever sign a contract with these bullies or scrupulous company. They have no respect, no responsibly and no business morals and everything they do is blame the tenants or just totally ignore their problems. They send unjustified bills/charges and they don't bother to fix them, even small things like reading the correct electricity meter in the shop was not corrected for 6 months until we had enough of them and we closed the business. They discriminate against the small businesses and they lie about the extra charges not covered by the contract. Same lies about the contract length that there is no month to month contracts when other businesses signed for these contracts. Any dispute goes on deaf ears and they just cut the electricity without any notice, even if there is a dispute on the account. They position themselves as running a psychiatric ward instead of a professional business complex. This is probably one of worst company I've encountered so far by a big margin. I would rate them -10 stars if I could.</div>

Centro Prop passing the bucket, while companies loose income because of no COC
I have to agree. We were still busy negotiating with them regarding breach of contract from their side, and their electrician was supposed to report on his own inabbility to properly secure and connect 3phase electricity (this is without valid C. O. C), as this was the main reason we decided to lease the office space from Centro Prop. We were just told that until their electrician has the same foundings as our electrician, the contract stands. But to our loss whenwe arrived at theoffice this morning all our electricity was cut off, without any notice. And the consequence for our bussiness is us loosing a big investor, looking for a hosting company, also damaging equipment, and damage to our company reputation... As we were known for our hosting and maintenance on rigs and servers. We are also currently running uninsured, as our bissinees is operating from premises without a valid COC.

Do not ever rent a business premises through these guys. They are absolute bullies and have no humanity.
