I have to agree. We were still busy negotiating with them regarding breach of contract from their side, and their electrician was supposed to report on his own inabbility to properly secure and connect 3phase electricity (this is without valid C. O. C), as this was the main reason we decided to lease the office space from Centro Prop. We were just told that until their electrician has the same foundings as our electrician, the contract stands. But to our loss whenwe arrived at theoffice this morning all our electricity was cut off, without any notice. And the consequence for our bussiness is us loosing a big investor, looking for a hosting company, also damaging equipment, and damage to our company reputation... As we were known for our hosting and maintenance on rigs and servers. We are also currently running uninsured, as our bissinees is operating from premises without a valid COC.
I have never in my life experienced such bad after sales service!!! I signed a new contrsct with telkom on 25 Jan 2018. Sincce then I was privileged enough to have use of my new lone for about 1 month. I have changed my debit order details twice, and telkom keeps on using my old acoount details, thus there is now a whole lot of returned debits on my account. Not to mention the bank charges. I had to request my invoices 3 times before they eventually emailed it to me. They have now debited me afyer i paod them via EFT and wont refund me. What the hell am i to do to get some assitance? I am so fed up There no follow up from their side. I regretever signing a contract with them and strongly advise everyone to never ever make such a mistake. O yes and the customer help line is not toll free!!! An average call takes aboit 20minutes before someone answers your call!!! Willa ********** 542.... Oh wait that line has mostly never worked...
