I booked a appointment with Alan (Centurion Appliance Repair) on Tuesday to come out an have a look at my faulty washing machine . Appointment was scheduled for Wednesday 16h30. He said I must text him the address and time of appointment. I phoned Alan on Wednesday morning to confirm the appointment. He said yes they will be there at 16h30. At 16h45 , still no one showed. I phoned Alan AGAIN. He said they are coming they are on their way. Guess what. I am still waiting. No phone call no apology. This is totally unacceptable. Very poor client service.
