Worst online shopping experience
Horrible, horrible experience with this shop. DO NOT try to buy online. I placed an online order on 24/10/2025, after a few days of receiving NO update on my order, the mission started. First tried to contact them by email - NO response, then I tried to make contact on whatsapp - NO response, tried phoning - NO answer. They just ignore you like a STOP sign, and this after multiple attempts. ALL I want is an update on my order. You are by far the WORST online shopping platform.

POOR SERVICE-NO SERVICE
I phoned Gerda (Repairs on-site) regarding my faulty washing machine. We made an appointment for Friday at 15h00. Contact her just after 15h00 because no one showed up. She told me she will phone the technician and that I must phone her back if the technician doesn't contact me. No technician called. Sent her an sms text saying that no technician had contact me. Nothing no reply. Then after 5 minutes phoned her, just did not bother to pick up her cellphone. Up until today, and several phone calls that same day no response. Totally unacceptable. Poor service. If you don't want to work or don't need the money please DO NOT advertise yourself!

Unproffesional company
I booked a appointment with Alan (Centurion Appliance Repair) on Tuesday to come out an have a look at my faulty washing machine . Appointment was scheduled for Wednesday 16h30. He said I must text him the address and time of appointment. I phoned Alan on Wednesday morning to confirm the appointment. He said yes they will be there at 16h30. At 16h45 , still no one showed. I phoned Alan AGAIN. He said they are coming they are on their way. Guess what. I am still waiting. No phone call no apology. This is totally unacceptable. Very poor client service.

Unlawful debitorder
I never accepted this offer from them, but for 3 months now hotspotter deducted money from my bank account. I have proof that this was cancelled 1 day after they phoned me. I haven't received any device from them nor did I ask for this 'deal'. I emailed them several times asking to stop deducting money and pay me back the money. But its as if you are talking to a wall. I never before had any problems like this, this is unlawful and fraudulent!!!
