POOR SERVICE-NO SERVICE
I phoned Gerda (Repairs on-site) regarding my faulty washing machine. We made an appointment for Friday at 15h00. Contact her just after 15h00 because no one showed up. She told me she will phone the technician and that I must phone her back if the technician doesn't contact me. No technician called. Sent her an sms text saying that no technician had contact me. Nothing no reply. Then after 5 minutes phoned her, just did not bother to pick up her cellphone. Up until today, and several phone calls that same day no response. Totally unacceptable. Poor service. If you don't want to work or don't need the money please DO NOT advertise yourself!

Swak diens? Geen diens.
<p>Die mense het my tuimeldroeer wat geraas het, maar nog gewerk het, uitmekaar gehaal. 3 weke later is dit nog net so. Hulle het 'n part wat gewerk het afgehaal , terwyl die masjien oop was om te vervang. Dit het oud gelyk. Nou kry hulle nie die part nie. Ek het gevra dat hulle net my ou part moet kom plak en die masjien weer aanmekaar sit, maar hulle kom net nie weer terug nie. Hulle nommer is ********** .</p>

3 month guarantee on all repairs
I requested repairs on an aircon. They promise a 3 month guarantee. They did say with the first appointment that I need to replace a certain part. I paid the full amount for the service with the promise that they will get a price on the part for me the next day. I followed up numerous times - now the 3 month guarantee period is expiring, I still don't have a price and they do not answer my correspondence. And the original problem still exists.
