I have been trying to cancel the additional subscription (month-to-month) for 500MB data on my contract. Finally it seems that Ayanda got that right today. But unfortunately the 900MB (400MB already paid for and 500MB on my current invoice, disappeared totally from my account. Called 082 1958 at 10:28 on 5 Dec 2019
<p>Just spend 20 minutes between upgrades and after sales on the phone. Upgraded my datacard on 20 Jan. Got email on 23 that upgrade is done. I was impressed. Then new stuff did not get delivered. Phoned them and got told to speak to aftersales. Aftersales checked and upgrades is phoning me on the datacard no to deliver. Guess what - I am not available. And the best is, I have to phone upgrades again to change my contact details</p>
<p>Please can someone from you credit / account department contact me? I could not in the last 3 months get into contact with them. You promised cancellation of a contract on upgrading. But I had 2 contracts running for quite a while. You keep putting through unauthorized debit orders. And i get no satisfactory answers</p>
<p>Logged a case in September regarding incorrect account of R5920 instead of my contract price of R199. Got a sms that billing dept cant get hold of me. I phoned calldesk to ask that they email me as i cannot phone or email them. I had a lot of training and workshops at work. So not always available to answer. So received sms today that R2500 has been deducted from my bank account. - The debit is in contravention of my instruction, for the amount, date is incorrect. I did not authorise this and i do not owe this amounts of money to Telkom. Case no: ********** 2</p>
I requested repairs on an aircon. They promise a 3 month guarantee. They did say with the first appointment that I need to replace a certain part. I paid the full amount for the service with the promise that they will get a price on the part for me the next day. I followed up numerous times - now the 3 month guarantee period is expiring, I still don't have a price and they do not answer my correspondence. And the original problem still exists.
