I can't receive calls since the 14th of May. I have received a ticket number. But they just cancel the ticket.
I bought 18 sets of towels, all personalised. Spent over R9000. One of them was not personalised because I made a mistake when I ordered. I immediately wrote a mail to ask to rectify it. They did not answer the mail before the delivery was done. Now they don't want to assist me with embroidering one item after the fact.
I tried to cancel my data service now for 11 months. This finaly happend yesterday! Jaaayyy! I specifically asked and wrote a mail that I would like to keep my e-mail adrress for business purposses. Gues what? As of yesterday no e-mails. Am I going to wait for another year? Some one from Telkom phoned and asked me why I changed/ cancelled my service provider, I answered it was beacause of the service. She then sent me a mail saying I answered beacause of price. Yet again I have a problem with my service.
I Cancelled my ADSL line on 24/05/2018 Case number ********** 9. I am still being billed.
When you sign up, please be aware that is you have down time or you complain about speed levels, they just give you an automated reply as follow:"There was no SLA's (Service Level Agreement) agreed or signed Between VOX and yourself with regards to Resolution timeframes of downtimes and Provision of Strength on Different internet connections or any other services used by internet."
They can't make a plan, so that a person can pick up my credit card if I don't have time. No service orientation
I downloaded the app, but didn't receive a sms to activate. Tried several times. Wrote an email. But no help or response.
On 23/08/21017 I bought Imperial towels to the value of R1451.85. After just 2 months one of the facecloths with the value of R20 came loose at a seem. I wanted to return it, Pricilla didn't want to exchange it, she wanted to contact the supplier. I was not satisfied and went to speak to the store manager. He just said Pricilla will contact the supplier. All this about a R20 product. I will never spend another sent at Metro.
