POOR SERVICE-NO SERVICE

I phoned Gerda (Repairs on-site) regarding my faulty washing machine. We made an appointment for Friday at 15h00. Contact her just after 15h00 because no one showed up. She told me she will phone the technician and that I must phone her back if the technician doesn't contact me. No technician called. Sent her an sms text saying that no technician had contact me. Nothing no reply. Then after 5 minutes phoned her, just did not bother to pick up her cellphone. Up until today, and several phone calls that same day no response. Totally unacceptable. Poor service. If you don't want to work or don't need the money please DO NOT advertise yourself!
