Terrible Service – Avoid Auto Clinic Centurion e-CAR
I had the worst experience at Auto Clinic Centurion ***ner: Peter). My Ranger developed a fuel leak on the R21, so I had it towed to their e-CAR branch. They quoted me R2,500 to fix the leak. When I got my bakkie back: Steering wheel was covered in oil and grease Carpets soaked in oil and grease Roof inside had handprints Gear lever was dirty and greasy 3/4 of my diesel was missing from the tank On my way back to Boksburg, the Ranger broke down again on the R21 with the same fault. The place was disgusting, and I seriously doubt the staff are qualified. Don’t ever use them.

Because they lack qualified mechanics and are unaware of what constitutes a misdiagnosed car,this ****** will promise to reimburse you if they misdiagnose your vehicle, but they will never do so, even if there is proof of the misdiagnosis. My aircon compressor was only blowing hot air. The aircon refill guy said it needed to be diagnosed, so I called Centurion Auto Clinic. They promised to reimburse me if the diagnosis was incorrect, and the results showed a quote for a new aircon compressor, which came to about R10000. I suspected they were *********** because the air conditioner guy claimed there was nothing wrong with it, after the diagnosis I had a qualified VW mechanic look it over and said nothing was wrong with the aircon compressor he sprayed the connectors and i refilled the aircon, its working without replacing the aircon compressor. explained Centurion Auto Clinic about the misdiagnosis they did as it could have cost me about R10000 and i will still have the same issue after replacement, they insisted its not a misdiagnoses, i asked what is misdiagnose according to them and i was given a silent treatment this was via WhatsApp .

Stay Away
Horrible! Please stay away! We were forced to use E-Car Centurion also known as Centurion Auto Clinic by our the company where our extended warranty is. Just to find out later that we could have chosen from hundreds of other companies. (We have never used it before). My thought would be that there is some kond of shady deal, but I cannot make accusations on something that I have no proof of. The 1st time I went to check in on progress I literally started crying because of the state of my vehicle that I pay allot for. My gearbox was left in a parking bay in front of the shop, my bonnet that has decals on that I paid thousands for was put decal side down. There was a oily part on my seat and upon looking for my keys they poured out a large bucket full of car keys on the floor. After receiving my vehicle back I had to return 5 times, parts were left loose, aircon not working etc etc. Now 3 months later the part that I went in for broke again!!!! A new part was ordered from Australia and put in by them. I did not take my vehicle back there even though it has a warranty with them - I just can’t! My trusted mechanic that also is a expert in this vehicle confirmed that the new part was not installed correctly and bolts that are too short was used. Therefore it broke off again. We also paid out of pocket for a turbo recon - but now my trusted mechanic says that he can see that absolutely nothing has been done to the turbo!!! So basically they ****! So after receiving invoices for R40k we not had to pay R10k to fix their mess.

Bad Experience
Lies every chance they got, Even called me out claiming that never happened. French auto junction/ Auto clinic centurion eCar, the reviews on Google speaks some truth. I'm sending a formal report to AA and RMI about this experience. Grease inside the roof, how you manage that? Had to replace the entire sump, stole my newish spark plugs with random mismatched junk. Found out after eCar is known to ruin your car after trying to do a job. AA approved workshop, RMI certified my ass, NEVER AGAIN!! Quotes means nothing to the owner Peter, had to pay 3 invoices with additional charges and extra fees for the repairs. 0 stars

LACK OF COMMUNICATION- NOT HAPPY RENAULT CLIO CLIENT
my Renault Clio had issues of not picking up the power/speed on step hill and it has the msg on the dashboard saying check anti pollution and hill assistance...I called them they came and pick up the car, I gave them 1 month full to fix my car and when I call them to ask how far are they and they took me pillar to post to get ma car, I had to go there and wait while ma car is been fixed...there was no test drive on the car after it was fixed and I had to drive hrs. to home with the car...when I come back I had no issues on the way BUT I have realized that the car has an oil leakage I took it back on Saturday as per arrangement but no 1 was at the repair spares I called no answer . then on Monday they promised to come and fetch the car until now is been 3 weeks I took the car from them no communication and when I try to get communication they say they have ordered the seal they are still waiting. now the msg from the dashboard is back "check anti pollution"...I am so scared of driving the car coz I don't know the damages I am doing while driving it I have also ask them if there are no damages when I drive the car, no 1 is responding to my texts. I felt over powered as I am a woman and not treated fairly ..…CENTURION AUTO CLINIC please fix my car.

great srvice from ecar centurion
excellent service on my Bmw 118i they worked on my engine ,everything is running ok happy to reccomend them to everyone Good service indeed and they are RMI approved my insurance reffered me to the best place ,very happy

Please do not make use of them, they are absolute *******s. They are also affiliated with Innovation Group and e-CAR Club . The owner is so rude and arrogant. No integrity. Makes u wonder about the brands affiliated Moss Motimele
