Had my car insurance cancelled as they were not able to deduct money, they a have sent a warning via email , unfortunately i did not see the email. after 6 months car broke down and needed a tow truck, so called them only to find out the policy was cancelled but they managed to help me regardless which i am grateful for , tried to reinstate my policy but i couldn't cause the is a question that says uninterrupted policy for the last 6 months . My Rating is based on the communication on critical issues such as cancelling a policy without calling the customer and now i cant insure my car cause most insurance do ask that question ( uninterrupted policy for the last 6 months)
Had a great experience with Pretoria Malas about a month ago , had new 4 tires, new shocks also did my alignment and balancing, staff friendly and very helpful in pointing other issues that needed attention while they were doing replacement .
Because they lack qualified mechanics and are unaware of what constitutes a misdiagnosed car,this ****** will promise to reimburse you if they misdiagnose your vehicle, but they will never do so, even if there is proof of the misdiagnosis. My aircon compressor was only blowing hot air. The aircon refill guy said it needed to be diagnosed, so I called Centurion Auto Clinic. They promised to reimburse me if the diagnosis was incorrect, and the results showed a quote for a new aircon compressor, which came to about R10000. I suspected they were *********** because the air conditioner guy claimed there was nothing wrong with it, after the diagnosis I had a qualified VW mechanic look it over and said nothing was wrong with the aircon compressor he sprayed the connectors and i refilled the aircon, its working without replacing the aircon compressor. explained Centurion Auto Clinic about the misdiagnosis they did as it could have cost me about R10000 and i will still have the same issue after replacement, they insisted its not a misdiagnoses, i asked what is misdiagnose according to them and i was given a silent treatment this was via WhatsApp .

I made 6 purchases in total starting from 2020 and i have not had an issue with all the purchases ,no funny amounts going after 3 months period and also paying early also works , i use a Nedbank credit card .i am happy with them just waiting for shop list to grow ,i will definitely use it more. always room for improvement
I lost a slip and my fridge had problems with the water pump didn't Hussle me with credit card statement they just asked my name that for me is good customer service and also it fixed in timely manner .not like Game store
The return department at game is unorganized how does to generating a slip take take two weeks (what i was told),i called so many times 99% of the time they don't answer(the Return Department)when they answer is always we will call you back because no one is available to check on your query .Hirsch's Home Appliances (bought a fridge lost the slip, fridge had issues got it fixed in 3 days by just providing my name )Store is far better dealing with this issues now i don't have a Microwave its been more than a week. I am giving them two because when you have a slip its better. Lesson learned buying priority appliances, i will defiantly go to another Shop
<p>it took me 1H:30 min to wash my car ,the guy was very very sorry ,i didnt even bother to ask for his name cause never going back there ,i only saw one guy who did his job fast ,so four guys only one does the job fast besides the guy being slow my car was still dirty ,the only have one vacuum cleaner with only four spaces four cars ,one guy even lost patience and left ,he was refunded though.</p>
