Horrible! Please stay away! We were forced to use E-Car Centurion by our the company where our extended warranty is. Just to find out later that we could have chosen from hundreds of other companies. (We have never used it before). My thought would be that there is some kond of shady deal, but I cannot make accusations on something that I have no proof of. The 1st time I went to check in on progress I literally started crying because of the state of my vehicle that I pay allot for. My gearbox was left in a parking bay in front of the shop, my bonnet that has decals on that I paid thousands for was put decal side down. There was a oily part on my seat and upon looking for my keys they poured out a large bucket full of car keys on the floor. After receiving my vehicle back I had to return 5 times, parts were left loose, aircon not working etc etc. Now 3 months later the part that I went in for broke again!!!! A new part was ordered from Australia and put in by them. I did not take my vehicle back there even though it has a warranty with them - I just can’t! My trusted mechanic that also is a expert in this vehicle confirmed that the new part was not installed correctly and bolts that are too short was used. Therefore it broke off again. We also paid out of pocket for a turbo recon - but now my trusted mechanic says that he can see that absolutely nothing has been done to the turbo!!! So basically they ****! So after receiving invoices for R40k we not had to pay R10k to fix their mess.

Absolutely appalling customer service, when procedure was questioned I was attacked via email and insulted multiple times by the General Manager. I requested that the Director make contact with me on +- 15 emails to her and she never responds, when I phone she is never available. The products are horrible quality and you are lucky if they even last a year, don’t think you can rely on their warranty at all, they always have excuses. As a client I have never been treated this badly - keeping in mind I never once got personal with any attacks I simply wanted answers and even started begging them to assist me. This was followed by more attacks and threats that I should not contact them again.
In July 2020 I cancelled our subscription with Fidelity ADT that we had as a sort of charity for our area - we are actually with Monitor Net but was paying for ADT to secure the area. However the person never auctioned the cancellation - thus we kept on paying until December 2020 via debit order. When I realized this I stopped the debit order and made contact with them. They then said that we have to cancel again and have to pay for the notice months. I did not do this and went on sending hundreds of emails with proof of cancellation. However my fees were never waived. I have my own business and therefor cannot afford to be blacklisted and ended up giving in and paying the outstanding amount in June 2021. Now today 22 September 2021 I get a call from Attorneys that I am being handed over by Fidelity ADT. Even though I paid for 6 months after cancellation and evened out the account. I really don't know what more you want me to pay! My last communication was on email asking ADT to send me a statement that reflects my payment - I have not yet received this - this email was sent on 22 June 2021. ADT you are meant to protect from criminals - however you are the criminals in this case! So now I have to resort to HelloPeter again - last time you actually answered me after I used this platform.
Horrible service. Placed a order in May 2020 after around 30 emails my package was still not delivered in September 2020. Promises made of payment that will be returned. Only after taking to social media was my package sent today - will see of I get it. They also don't tell you that they don't carry stock and that they only order once you pay them. False advertising.
On the 27th September 2019 I placed an order for some furniture to be delivered. According to the website all items were in stock. 1 October I was informed the daybed was out of stock and that I can expect delivery end October. Unfortunate but OK as this is for my beach house and we will only be there in November again. 30 October I took it upon myself to follow up whether the stock has arrived. 31 October my order was released for delivery and I should expect delivery within 5-10days. 25 November I followed up again as nothing had been delivered. The area is rural however it had not been a problem until then as they assured me they can deliver. After phoning the delivery company myself - they told me that they had notified Cielo in the beginning of November that they cannot deliver to my area and that my stock is just standing there. Cielo did not mention this to me. I then started emailing and calling 2 times a day. Eventually on 18 December I was told my order will be delivered in 2 days. It is now 2 January and I still have nothing. Sad part is I bought this on my credit card - thus I have been paying interest on something I don't even have. Just as a comparison on the same day 27 September 2019 I also ordered furniture from Takealot - it was delivered in 14 days - to the same rural area!
