Repair
I got the best service ever, they kept me up to date with the repair from 1st stage to the last stage. It is one of the few in the market that you can really trust with your car. thank you to the team from reception all the way up, i really appreciate everything and all the best.

Unprofessional Criminals
Unprofessional Criminals who hide behind "waiting for parts". I am only updated when I call and that's if I manage to get hold of them. They've been claiming to fix my car for almost four months now and I just discovered that my car is moving around. I have in my possession a detailed trip report from my car tracking company, SHOCKING. I'm in the process of taking legal action.

Unprofessional Criminals
Unprofessional Criminals who hide behind "waiting for parts". I am only updated when I call and that's if I manage to get hold of them. They've been claiming to fix my car for almost four months now and I just discovered that my car is moving around. I have in my possession a detailed trip report from my car tracking company, SHOCKING. I'm in the process of taking legal action.

Service Non Existent
Centurion Panelbeaters have had my bus for repairs for the past 2and half months, not even once have I received curtersy call just to operate me of progress of the car. Two months down the line they still waiting for parts, yet other busses that I took to competitors hardly spend three weeks there with parts delivered on time. I regret the choice of using them and definitely won't recommend them to any of my partner's..The service is non Existent.

Your worse nightmare
This is the 2nd time I'm claiming from Discovery Insure for car damages from an accident. The 1st time my car was taken to Eljone or something in Centurion, horrible service received there and when I took this matter up with Discovery, my complaint was ignored. The 2nd time, I decided to go with Centurion panel eaters. To my shock, the experience was worse. I dealt with a Ettiene, unprofessional, rude, incompetent and unreliable. I've had to phone every time to get an update regarding my car. The repairs on my car were supposed to take 12 days, today is day 30 and I have been phoning BOTH Discovery Insure (to escalate and hopefully get assistance) and Panelbeaters. Terrible service from both, I get why they're partners. After this, I pray to God I never have to deal with neither of the companies ever again!

Horrible service by Centurion Panel Beaters
I had an accident on 10 December 2019 and My Car was taken by Centurion Panel Beaters on 07 January 2020 but till to date I have no car. Every time I have to call for a follow up and the last time I called the Guy by the name of Boet he shouted at me and dropped the phone on me while I was still talking. That hurt me and disappointed me a lot because I am working shift and I have no car. Instead of him apologizing to me for taking this long to fix my car he was rude to me. Today is 18 February still I have no car it is not yet done. No one is even bothered to call me and update me.

Horrible service by Centurion Panel Beaters

Pleasantly surprised by professionalism, friendliness and quality of work
I had some reservations taking my car to Centurion Panelbeaters after reading the reviews on HelloPeter but I was assured by my insurance advisor that my repairs would be dealt with professionally. My experience with Centurion Panelbeaters was only pleasant. No complaints. From the time I delivered my car and Johan conducted the inspection to the time Etienne phoned (a day earlier than expected) to inform me that my car was ready. Staff were friendly and professional throughout. Quality of repair work is top notch. Well done Centurion Panelbeaters and thank you for the great service. If I never need repair work done to a car you'll get my business with no hesitation.
