Fix my car and bring it back
I was involved in an accident in June and the only time i get updates regarding the progress made on my car is when i call and beg them. No one communicates with me and nothing is being updated on the app. I'm even forced to contact the repairer Centurion Panel Beaters directly as if I have a contract with them. Their service is also horrible. When i check my car tracking app it shows that my car moves almost every day. I am going to sue both of you for this nonsense. I shared the same review twice already and no one bothered to contact me to date. You just respond here to make people think that you are doing something. USELESS

Unprofessional Criminals
Unprofessional Criminals who hide behind "waiting for parts". I am only updated when I call and that's if I manage to get hold of them. They've been claiming to fix my car for almost four months now and I just discovered that my car is moving around. I have in my possession a detailed trip report from my car tracking company, SHOCKING. I'm in the process of taking legal action.

USELESS MEDICAL AID
The most USELESS medical aid I have ever came across in my entire life. DO NOT even bother joining bankmed. I joined 2 months ago and already paid a doctor who is on their network +-800 which they refused to refund. I also paid +-R1500 cash for my depandant's chronic medication. It's a good thing my employer is bringing more medical aid providers on board. I cannot wait to cancel this useless membership.
