Contacted head office for a price on doing just my front bumper. I was given a price list showing R3000 for the bumper and told to contact Sandton. I then received a call from Radhika Naidoo. Telephonically, she agreed to do the bumper for the R3k. I confirmed this on 2 separate calls before taking the car in on a Friday morning. After arranging my meetings around this morning, i get told at the premises that there is a lot of material needed and the job cannot be done at that price. She says to me that i need to give her 4k just for the bumper. I refused. I even called an uber that needed to be cancelled after she changed her mind about the job at the last minute. All through my conversations with her, she kept talking about customers that brought in expensive cars and that i wouldn't want to hear about the more expensive higher quality products. Very pompous character and doesn't have a clue about good customer treatment. I was judged for the fact that my car wasn't the big R1m or R2m customers that they normally accustomed to pathetic behaviour from shallow people. Never again. Decided to take my car to VPS MIDRAND. Excellent customer service experienced now for the second time. It was a big mistake ever considering an alternative.

<p>Greetings</p> <p> </p> <p>Well I don't know where to start here. I'm highly disappointed in this product. After watching all the fantastic things about this product I thought the outcome would be better. I searched online for a reputable and authorised dealer of Ceramic Pro after experiencing the product personally in Saudi Arabia. I found that Sandton had a branch and advised my father to take his vehicle there. I'm so highly unsatisfied with the service I don't believe these people actually done the job their intended to do. We booked the vehicle in for a Silver Package and was told to bring the car in the first thing the next day. We arrived the next day to only be greeted by a young man who seemed to be detailing vehicles without the slightest clue of what needed to be done as he looked confused when I asked him what will be done along with the Silver Package. The car was dropped off on a Thursday and we were told that they will try to have it done by Saturday. They couldn't keep up to that promise so they called and asked us to come threw the next week. On arrival we were greeted and welcomed. But the vehicle was still not ready. With no place to sit and wait we stood around watching videos about this amazing product. After over an hour of waiting we were told to come and see the car. The paint looked as though it was never corrected nor did it look like the ceramic pro was applied in the stipilulayed number of layers. I've previously had paint correction done to my vehicles and this looked like someone was just applying Polish because the swirl marks were mostly still there. We paid for the vehicle and left a bit unhappy. On arrival at home we found that the interior had not been touched other than a light vacuum. According to Ceramic Pro this should have been done. We called the branch and asked why the interior had not been gone over. They apologised and promised to be there the following week to go over the interior. This is now over a month later still yet excuse after excuse nobody had come threw and completed the car. I don't know if these people are trying to rob someone or something but it is honestly unacceptable and pathetic. I would not advise this product to anyone anymore thanks to this experience. They are a pathetic dealer of this product. Sorry for not owning a Ferrari to be treated correctly. It's a shame on this authorised applicator because here in Saudi Arabia the quality and service is impeccable. So much for Ceramic Pro South Africa....</p>
