ZTE is a lessee to a property that I have rented to them for the last 7 years in JHB. After refusing to pay the sewage charges as a lessee, they cancelled the rental agreement. As a gentlemen's agreement, I agreed to delay any repairs to the property to the end of the lease. 1) They refused to pay the rental for the notice period not served and in keeping with the lease agreement that they signed 2) They refuse to pay for Electricity and Water that was consumed in the last month of occupation 2) They refused to pay for the repairs to the property that amounted to R26 000. They have become non responsive and dismissive to any communications to recover my funds. Communications with company representatives are often hostile and it is a disgrace for a company of this size to behave in such a manner and have little regard for the law of the land. I intend to now proceed to the SCC to recover my funds.
I ordered 2 bottles of 100ML English Blazer black on clicks online on the 25 October for R280 and took a screen shot of the online order. I collected my order in store only to find that they delivered 2 X 50ml instead. I queried this with clicks who said that I had purchased 2 X 50ml not 2 X 100ml. When I went onto my online profile today (1 November 2024) I noticed that they had changed my order to reflect 2 X 50ml. This amounts to ***** where invoices are changed after the fact. I have screen shots of both instances to prove my claim. Shocking from a big retailer like clicks. They have also contravened marketing/advertising codes apart from commercial law
I am in the market for a new car and decided on test driving the tiguan R. I have been trying to test drive this car for more than 2 weeks now. I've phoned various vw dealerships but they never seem to be available. Weekends forget about it, managers are catching a jol with these cars constantly that they are never on the floor for test drives. I even tried a weekday and it was the same story. Are these cars built for your staff or to sell to the public?
My vehicle was dropped off for some fabrication work in August22. They quoted me an amount that was not cheap and it was the second time my car went there. On collecting the car a week later, I found issues that were not present before. More specifically, engine fault codes. I attempted to tune the car on the day that I picked up only to be told that there is an issue. The vehicle switched off on the dyno. Now, 10 months later and around R25k down the road, the car is still not right. I had the ecu finally tested by ecu express who confirmed that the ecu is damaged beyond repair. I have no firm proof but here are the facts: > issues with misfire and starting that was not present before dropping the car off > jannie senior had, at the time, just bought the same car as mine with a blown motor because of ecu issues > I have a whatsapp conversation with Jannie jnr where I ask home to check with his contact for another ecu asking him not to mention that it's for me. He says in the conversation, but the supplier will know its for me. This was very suspicious and when I asked him how well the supplier know, he never answered. PEOPLE, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THESE GUYS. YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF NEVER MEETING THEM
I have experienced 3 fibre network outages since January 2023. The first 2 were 48 hours each. As at the 8 March 2023 it is a week that I don't have service. My subscription for the month has been paid in full and i have a 100mb line. Numerous calls to the call centre fall on deaf ears. They are referring the matter to metro fibre every time but nothing happens. I have canceled my subscription about 3 weeks ago and that is when all this started. I wonder if this is what cool ideas do to customers that cancel? Take your money but don't provide the service.
Still cannot open a savings account for my mum after a month. FICA department continues to insist on a passport or driving license from her when she doesn't have one. Her ID was submitted numerous times via the app and email. Call centre is clueless. Spoke to a manager Daphne whom I cannot get ahold of as the call centre staff are clueless. She promised to sort the matter out once and for all yesterday and I haven't recieved feedback from her as yet. Stay far away from this bank. It's such a pain trying to open a savings account, I don't want to imagine or put myself through the stress of a cheque or credit card!
If there was 0 stars.... My mother applied for an account with discovery about 3 weeks ago. They have asked for a copy of her ID over 4 times. I have helped her upload to the app as will as submit via email after calling the call centre no less than 4 times. Due to FICA docs outstanding they have still not opened the account. Call centre is clueless. These guys are pathetic at banking. You should stick to business's that you know. She will be taking her money elsewhere other than these incompetent fools!
Fake adverting value added mail services. I have 2 vodacom cell numbers and have tried endlessly to login to my mail account for the first only to be give error messages every time. SO VERY ANNOYING!!!!! False adverting that you offer a mail service with each Vodacom cell number.
Contacted head office for a price on doing just my front bumper. I was given a price list showing R3000 for the bumper and told to contact Sandton. I then received a call from Radhika Naidoo. Telephonically, she agreed to do the bumper for the R3k. I confirmed this on 2 separate calls before taking the car in on a Friday morning. After arranging my meetings around this morning, i get told at the premises that there is a lot of material needed and the job cannot be done at that price. She says to me that i need to give her 4k just for the bumper. I refused. I even called an uber that needed to be cancelled after she changed her mind about the job at the last minute. All through my conversations with her, she kept talking about customers that brought in expensive cars and that i wouldn't want to hear about the more expensive higher quality products. Very pompous character and doesn't have a clue about good customer treatment. I was judged for the fact that my car wasn't the big R1m or R2m customers that they normally accustomed to pathetic behaviour from shallow people. Never again. Decided to take my car to VPS MIDRAND. Excellent customer service experienced now for the second time. It was a big mistake ever considering an alternative.
I cancelled a Month to Month contract in April and they continued to debit my account (breach of PASA rules). Sent my cancellation form via email then contacted them via email and when it still wasn't sorted out Ii went in store to Mall of Africa. I was assured on the email and inn store interactions that all was sorted. After 3 month of absolutely no comms I receive a call from a debt collector saying I owed Telkom money. My credit record was then blemish by a negative record. I have disputed the credit record and just laid complaints with:- > Consumer ombud - unfair consumer practices > PASA - Illegal debit order submissions > Credit ombud - Contravention of credit management processed Let them deal with you incompetent fools who create stress in our lives. Your company adds very little value to society with your dealings. Same ol same ol from this company over the last 7 years where I have dealt with you twice with the first time being in 2010 and now this.
