The company with no integrity, their driver drove into us, they refused to give us any insurance information and rarther resorted to getting hostile, luckily it was all recorded so their lies can easily be disproven, I'd avoid such a dishonest company

I can't comment on there logistics side as i have never done business with them. BUT my experience with CGN Business Solutions is the worst. I bought a Kodak 6.2kW inverter and a Dyness 4.8kWh battery last year October 2022. The Kodak inverter stopped working in June 2023 and when i called the owner @ CGN Business Solutions i was advised to disconnect the inverter and bring it to there offices. So then i went and disconnected the inverter and took it to their offices and then, 1 week later I was told that the inverter's main board and MPPT is faulty dew to overload on the MPPT. (which has never been used and the inverter was under warranty still) I received an invoice of +-R7 000.00. I told CGN that i never used the MPPT and then they filed an appeal. 3 Days later i received an email from CGN's owner that stated that my inverter is ready for collection and it was fixed under warranty BUT, i need to pay R1092.50 before i can collect the inverter. I asked him for what an he said it was for labor as they had to book the inverter at Segen Solar which took a hour to book it in and a hour to collect it. No electrician came to take out the inverter which they installed and no one came to put it back. I had to take it out and connect it again without any assistance. When i ask them to please install the inverter again i was told that it would be another R1092.50 (2hours) on top of the R1092.50 i had to pay for their time. The proposal of this company states that they don't charge call out fee and that is what makes them stand out. Be careful when you deal with the owner of this place. He said to me that actually my inverter's warranty should be voided because I disconnected it and I'm not an electrician. But i was told to take it out and take it in to their offices and went to collect it after paying R1092.50. I installed it myself again. The sales staff is not to blame as the just promise customers what they are told.

I am extremely unhappy with the service that I have received from the director Craig Nunn. Our dealings with this company should have been done a long time ago as I have paid in full on for thé services rendered in October 2022, but I am still waiting for the updated COC to be sent to me. I have sent numerous emails requests and follow ups, but have nor received a response nor have I received the COC. Terrible after sale service! I will definitely not recommend doing business with this company!
