Once again, their service has been fantastic. Certainly, exceed my expectations every time.
I booked a parcel to be collected on Sunday through Parcelspot and selected the DPD Laser offer. On Monday the 20th I got a message saying that Cliford would be collecting the parcel but it wasn’t. Then on Tuesday another message saying Cliford would collect. Tuesday afternoon another person, Sipho, arrived and he told me that the parcel had been allocated to the wrong driver. This was after me calling Dawn Wing. When I followed the shipment it read that the parcel was on its way to the destination depot but the email said it arrived at the client yesterday. So something is not adding up. The next email said it was collected on the 23 and delivery to be the 22nd (not possible)!!! No response received from my emails to Parcelspot. Now I get asked to give a review! Well here it is. I am horrified with Dawn Wing’s service and will never use them again and in fact encourage others not to.
The service was outstanding. The parcel arrived a lot sooner than expected. Really friendly driver and Craig on the on-line response was quick and answered questions. Highly recommend them.

Sunday the 25th I had things to do at Northgate shopping centre and decided that I as I was there, I would go to Pick 'n Pay, even though I had vowed never to go there again i(n fact have not been in there for about 5 years) as, in my opinion, their service has always been poor. Well, some things never change! At the fruit and vegetable section, there were no plastic packets at most of the areas and two staff ladies were chatting away to each other where they weigh the fruit and vegetables. Even after I said "good morning" I got no response or even a smile. Unfortunately I had to go there twice and the reaction was exactly the same including on both occasions the one lady actually touched my hand when giving me my packet. During the Covid-19 pandemic this is not a good thing at all. Standing in the queue, two staff members bumped into me going passed. Once again, what about keeping your distance. The next teller to the one I was waiting at opened but she said I had to wait where I was and allowed the gentleman behind me to go to her. Then, the butchery has not put the bar code on the persons meat in front of me and we had to wait. This took ages!!! Easily 20 minutes. I was in that shop for nearly two hours and only had two parcels. No wonder they had to shut the shop due to Covid. Very unfriendly, no distancing from their customers! I will never go into that branch ever again and will and have told everyone I know about the experience. Really bad service. Unfortunately, a lot of people feel the same about this branch.
The owner, Craig Nunn and Matthew Hone, in Cape Town, are extremely friendly, helpful and offer an outstanding service. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

At 02h34 this morning I received an sms on my cell phone from Wonga, offering me a loan. Later this morning around 9am I called the cell number (0789877704) that they had said I could call. The man who answered the phone had no phone etiquette and did not give his name. I asked where he got my number from and he said \eh
