Free Shipping to SA Not Working

<p>This service gets delivered through EMS which does not work. Parcel arrives at joberg international mail centre and never gets sorted. I f you phone any EMS phone number you get a voice message that tells you all operaters are busy  and get put on hold which after a long wait eventuly cuts you off. Their tracking website also does not work, its like the company has closed down.</p> <p>Chainreaction washes their hands of the problem as the parcel arrived in SA and is sitting at Customs awaiting payment but you cannot get hold of anyone.</p> <p>Do not use Chainreactions free shipping but rather use DHL </p>
