WORSE PLACE IN BALLITO TO STAY - DONT BOOK HERE EVER

I will not ever come back to stay here, it has been the worst stay we have experienced with First group.

I've stayed with the group more than 5 times last year and to start this year off by staying here, a decision I regret.

Attached are the pictures of the poor condition of the room.

Spider webs A broken knife A broken fridge ****roach in the fridge and sink areas??? Water from a leak that a wall could be wiped???

The steps could have had a railing instead it doesn’t.

I have a 1 year old that fell on the sharp edge of the stairs tile now face has a deep cut.

Your beds were dusty and itchy.

Your play area is disappointing, it needs a better situated area and revamp.

I have pictures of all the above and sent this to management and as usual there is no response.
