34 Chaka Chalets property owners ****** and are ****mers
Apartment 34 Chaka Chalets is a ****mer, very desperate for money upon booking. the place is a wreck the pictures on bookings.com are deceiving, hygiene requirements are not met don't know how are they even open to host for bookings. The bathroom has a distinctive smell even after i used my own JayesFluid. please bring Doom for pests control and containers to store food the place is a love nest for Roaches. the Property owners are always on excuses when trying to address issues or unavailable. if you looking for a daytime vibe or hourly rates rentals they are a place to book but certainly not for family holidays. the worst place to Book in Ballito.

WORSE PLACE IN BALLITO TO STAY - DONT BOOK HERE EVER
I will not ever come back to stay here, it has been the worst stay we have experienced with First group. I've stayed with the group more than 5 times last year and to start this year off by staying here, a decision I regret. Attached are the pictures of the poor condition of the room. Spider webs A broken knife A broken fridge ****roach in the fridge and sink areas??? Water from a leak that a wall could be wiped??? The steps could have had a railing instead it doesn’t. I have a 1 year old that fell on the sharp edge of the stairs tile now face has a deep cut. Your beds were dusty and itchy. Your play area is disappointing, it needs a better situated area and revamp. I have pictures of all the above and sent this to management and as usual there is no response.

Chakas Rock Chalet PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING !
We booked for 16 people four chalets in total, upon arriving i was told we couldn't get chalets next to each other because they had permanent people staying on the facilities and they had to work around it.The toilets leaked. Kitchen sink was leaking. The fridge after couple hours of use started to leak as well. The aircon doesn't work.The kitchen had a very bad odor like something was rotting we even had to buy insents to burn to eliminate the smell but that didn't work. The sofa bed in da lounge was broken. All the floor tiles were damaged the entire place needs a revamp. They have a very bad ****** problem, the ******s broken into the screen of the window and ramaged through the kitchen. Everything was so slippery that two of our family members had slipped and fell one had a sprained ankle and the other hurt his back. Even the paving bricks outside where coming out when stepped on.Honestly I haved stayed in chalets that are far less priced with amazing facilities. The facilities all look amazing online but thats just about it, it was photos when they probably first opened but the place is actually nothing like that its horrible.We will definitely will NOT be booking here again !
