Hired a car on 3 November returned 4 November at OR Tambo Airport (same destination as pick up) my invoice was paid and my deposit of R4000 refunded back to me. Then on 10 November my credit card showed Woodford had taken out an amount of R443.69 upon querying this because i had not received an invoice and these monies was taken from me i was told it was for eTolls. To my surprise i only passed 3 eTolls in total as my GPS took me trough back roads HOW CAN 3 ETOLLS BE THIS MUCH ??? you'll are robbing people. I have yet to receive a breakdown of my eTolls from you'll as requested. When booking with Europe car they have an etag in there vehicles it tags immediately even with so many eTolls it as never amounted to this !
We booked for 16 people four chalets in total, upon arriving i was told we couldn't get chalets next to each other because they had permanent people staying on the facilities and they had to work around it.The toilets leaked. Kitchen sink was leaking. The fridge after couple hours of use started to leak as well. The aircon doesn't work.The kitchen had a very bad odor like something was rotting we even had to buy insents to burn to eliminate the smell but that didn't work. The sofa bed in da lounge was broken. All the floor tiles were damaged the entire place needs a revamp. They have a very bad ****** problem, the ******s broken into the screen of the window and ramaged through the kitchen. Everything was so slippery that two of our family members had slipped and fell one had a sprained ankle and the other hurt his back. Even the paving bricks outside where coming out when stepped on.Honestly I haved stayed in chalets that are far less priced with amazing facilities. The facilities all look amazing online but thats just about it, it was photos when they probably first opened but the place is actually nothing like that its horrible.We will definitely will NOT be booking here again !
I took out a cell C contract online, upon taking out the contract I advised the sales person that I want a Samsung galaxy z flip 3 in the colour cream, I state to her if cream isn't in stock please do not send any other colour to me I am willing to wait for stock of the cream colour phone. To my surprise 3 days later the phone together with the sim card arrived at my office upon the courier giving me the document to sign it stated the colour of the phone was black I immediately contacted Cell c online while the courier was at my office they advised to return the package with the courier which I did, little did I know that shortly after this my line was activated yet I didn't have the sim or phone in my possession. I have contacted Cell c for the passed 3 days straight I received numerous reference numbers even was advised that the phone and sim was received, I been transferred from department to department spent over 300 mins of my airtime (vidacom) gone from pillar to post even asked numerous times to speak to a manager but still cannot sort the problem out, how can I be debited on the 7 December when I do not have the phone and sim card. I'm really at a wit's end at one point I even started crying because each time I get transferred to a department I had to repeat my whole story together with all my details the frustration off all the calls me making to sort this issue out really got to me. It's pathetic that Cell c doesn't do enough training with their staff to sort out customer issues and clearly the person capturing the application didn't bother to check the notes that advised customer requested for a cream phone only. This is now my last resort I want my problem to be sorted Cell c shouldn't take clients for granted!
The service is shocking, all wrong items delivered and missing items, items on back order never get delivered or when it does its in drips and drabs and they send the wrong items again or what ever items is substitute for them to send. We are now waiting for our credit refund for the last 3 weeks I keep phoning Wayne and he keeps informing me that it will be sorted, unfortunately its also a total waste of time phoning him he seems to work from home and doesn't really bother. In times off covide19 Officebox should be so lucky to be making sales yet their services levels are amazingly pathetic !!! We now have to get our attorney involved to recover these monies. 4 Star
I'm sick and tired of Cartrack and their pathetic standards off business operations. In late October off this year (2020) my neighbours vehicle was stolen from outside his flat, considering the way that crime is in our country i decided to phone Cartrack to test my tracking unit( in the event my vehicle is high jacked or stolen and the tracking unit isn't working my insurance company won't pay out, its one off their clause) upon phoning Cartracks technical department in l to my surprise i was informed by the guy that my unit wasn't tracking and it was booked for a repair in Jan off this year i asked the guy why wasn't I contacted to bring my vehicle in to check the unit he had no answer for me, I then advised him that I been paying for services from Jan to October (10 months) about close to R2500 for services rendered which I have no received in the event my vehicle is stolen what do I do ? You can believed how upset I was ! On 3 November 2020 I phoned Cartrack to cancel they informed me to send an email to cancellations @ Cartrack ( also my 36 months contract expired and I was on month to month) which I did after sending the email I assumed this would be cancelled as I wanted nothing more to do with Cartrack period and I will not pay a damn cent more ! Now the accounts department phones me daily for an amount off R242.92 my monthly premiums saying its outstanding, for a day I receive about 10 calls and I tell everyone the same story over and over again which is damn frustrating! I told them it should be canceled as I sent an email according to them its still active I was then transferred to the cancelation department finally on the 27 November 2020 I spoke to a lady and I screen shot the email I sent to her she said no problem and emailed me a form which I filled and sent back to her and services@ cartrack.co.za. Still nothing as been done now the accounts department is phoning for double the amount 2 premiums because nothing has been cancelled im sick and tried off Cartrack if people do their jobs in each department these problems will be resolved im going from pillar to post and its becoming a real headache and this is my last resort. Believe me when I say if I'm listed by Cartrack on itc for non payment ( I have had an excellent credit sore through my years) and I will be damn if I let this damage my credit rating I will have no choice but to hand this over to my attorney. Hopefully by posting this something will be done.
