I am beyond frustrated with this company, the lack of communication I literally have to follow up to get any sorts of feedback. Placed an order on the 20 December 2024 with the promise of delivery by the 10th January 2025. It's the 12th today and I have no waybill or delivery communication. I have been requesting a refund so I can go get the stationery myself. This is totally wrong. I would not recommend the company at all..very poor service delivery

The service is shocking, all wrong items delivered and missing items, items on back order never get delivered or when it does its in drips and drabs and they send the wrong items again or what ever items is substitute for them to send. We are now waiting for our credit refund for the last 3 weeks I keep phoning Wayne and he keeps informing me that it will be sorted, unfortunately its also a total waste of time phoning him he seems to work from home and doesn't really bother. In times off covide19 Officebox should be so lucky to be making sales yet their services levels are amazingly pathetic !!! We now have to get our attorney involved to recover these monies. 4 Star

The service is shocking, order delivered with wrong items, or missing items, items on back order never arrive, or when they do its in drips and drabs and they send the wrong items or substitute the items with others. Not impressed with this company at all! Wont buy here again.

I used Officebox for the first time this week. I stumbled onto their website by accident and was interested in the fact that they offer next day delivery in Cape Town. Most of the prices on the items I used in my office were also lower than the vendor I normally use. The parcel arrived, as promised, the next business day. However, it had the wrong ink cartridge inside. I was irritated immediately, because I have experience numerous hassles with online purchases this year. However, it took one email to get them to phone me back, and they swapped out the incorrect item for the correct one within two hours, without giving me any hassle. I dealt with Haniem, who I hope is going to get a fat bonus this year. Problem solving is one thing that I found most companies just cannot do. This one, however, clearly knows how to correct a mistake quickly and efficiently. Go and visit their website: www.officebox.co.za

I placed an order on 14/10/2020 had a problem with online payment. Paid on 20/10/2020 after I requested their banking details. Up to now, no delivery. I will really not be using their services again.
