Stay away from Accelerit!!! I have always paid for my fibre via my credit card monthly with Accelerit on my own by physically pushing the pay invoice button. All of a sudden they started taking off the monthly amount on their own fraudulently off my credit card without my permission. I approached them to complain where they then advised me they are only doing credit card transactions now by them physically taking the amount off my card themselves and my credit card cannot be removed from the system, how they got my credit card details in the first place is my first question. Then I asked for them to update the debit order date to the 1st of the month as they are taking it off when I don't have money in my card as I only get paid on the 1st of the month, which is now ******ing up my credit record as the transactions bounce every time as I have not given them permission to do these transactions in the first place. Their response is sorry all the debit orders get done on the 25th of the month and this cant be changed. WTAF!!!!! You add my credit card details to your system without my knowledge and don't even ask me what date would suit me for them to go off like any normal company that does debit orders would do and then cannot help me to fix any of it. I am so disappointed in this supplier I have started looking for alternative ISP's ! Shocking customer service Accelerit as usual!!!!!
The service is shocking, order delivered with wrong items, or missing items, items on back order never arrive, or when they do its in drips and drabs and they send the wrong items or substitute the items with others. Not impressed with this company at all! Wont buy here again.
I will never buy another thing from DecoFurn. I purchased 2 side tables, 2 lamps and a mirror on the 22nd of June 2020. Today is the 08th of July 2020 and I am still waiting for someone to call me or message me to tell me if I can fetch my order. Between Madeline, Jabu and Shanna not one of them who I have dealt with after promising me everyday they would check and call me back have not. Shanna called me once to tell me the mirror I said I would take off the floor which was in perfect condition is damaged how that happened the Lord will only know since its hanging on the wall so high up no one can touch it. PEOPLE! This is shocking, I spent over R2000 with you and I have nothing to show for it! WHERE is my stock! When can I fetch my order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please dont use this agency. Their service is absolutely disgusting. Desiree never gets back to you. You can phone her till you are blue in the face she does not return your calls. It took two weeks to even get CV's from her, then all the candidates live in PTA and I live in Pomona so how thats going to help me the Lord only knows. Then she sets up interviews with me for the 4/05 which I pay for. Then one of the 3 ladies I chose she tells me that she has been placed and then she just replaces her with someone who I havent even asked to interview and doesnt tell me. Then on the morning sends me a shoddy excuse about why the one women cant make it. Then the other one doesnt even pitch, after I got up early on a Saturday and cleared my day to have 3 hours of interviews, when I complain and let her know she doesnt even have the decency to reply to me. Then this morning sends me an apology whatsapp and asks can we reschedule. No actually you can refund me my interview fee. And I wont be doing business with you ever again!
<p>An absolute joke. Bought a Daddys deal for a blood analysis, eating plan and acudetox. Only to have a small pin ***** drop of blood drawn by , and after the horrific diagnosis of severe toxisity, liver and kidney problems, cancer enzymes, digestion dysfunction, tape worm and hookworms, allergy to Dairy, gluten and soya, metal in my blood, hormone imbalance and thyroid problems.</p> <p>Was probed to buy her products which would have cost me a grand some of R10 350. Which of course sounded like a complete scam. Then she rattles off a whole lot of items I can and cant eat, which is my "eating plan". This all took a whole 30 minutes.</p> <p>I then asked what about my acudetox, I was then informed that this is only done on a weekday. When I complained I had not been told that. She decided to help me.</p> <p>What made matters worse after going to my own GP and spending more money to get further tests done, to see if the diagnosis she gave me was in fact correct. Only to get the results back yesterday that in fact nothing is wrong with me and everything is infact normal.</p> <p>Please return my money I spent on the Daddys Deal and I will be sending her the doctors bill and lancet bill that she completely wasted my money on. I will also be taking this matter further. Completely Disgusted client.<br /> </p>
