Unprofessional

Your staff is on holiday! I’ve called in and was transferred to different people the entire time. I was told by Lerato that she’s busy with my query only for her to speak to someone in the background and hand the phone to someone else who just said hello and giggled then I had to wait for someone to actually pick the phone back up. I thought I was in a game of hot potato.
