Infested with Flies and a Rude Manageress

Resort is infested with flies as soon as you start cooking and remain the entire day no measures have been put in place to combat this like zappers or even Insecticide Spray. Resort has load shedding twice a day, no generators or gas cookers so that guests can prepare meals. You have to pay for them to change your towels, Hair Dryers and anything else you may need the chalet only comes with toilet paper and soap. Late checkout fees are R50 an hour. The manageress is very rude and on departure said that she did not care if we gave the resort a bad review or if we never visited there again.
