They dont deliver orders

Ordered a bracelet on 5th November and still havent recieved it now, i looked like a fool on my girlfriend birthday the past week. The customer service is so weak they dont even respond to emails anymore, i wouldnt recommend using them. there are plenty of jewellers. I feel ****med to be honest.
