Trying to get a contract
Good day, i tried taking a contract here but i was told i cant because someone once used my ID number to take a contract (*****) under my ID. is there a way around this?

HIDDEN AGREEMENTS
When opening a TFG account, I was forced to spend a minimum of R600 in order to 'activate' my card, which i still dont understand as they said its a requirement but it wasnt stated when i made that account application online. I honestly felt ****med because i didnt want to take clothes from the store i fetched my card at

BAD SERVICE
I have never recieved my graduation pictures after paying in June, i lost my invoice but still they refused to help me, I have my bank account statement confriming that I paid.

IDENTITY THEFT
i was a victim of identity theft where someone took a phone under my ID, only found out years later when i tried to apply for credit. I complained to vodacom and they managed to close the account but at the same time the record is still there on my credit report and this is a very bad look on me especially as an accountant.

Credit record still the same
Filed a complaint about an identity theft that occured to me but they still didnt manage to remove the record from my credit record and this has since affected me badly credit wise everywhere.

They dont deliver orders
Ordered a bracelet on 5th November and still havent recieved it now, i looked like a fool on my girlfriend birthday the past week. The customer service is so weak they dont even respond to emails anymore, i wouldnt recommend using them. there are plenty of jewellers. I feel ****med to be honest.
