Arrogant and poor people skills.

They sent me 20 emails in 1 morning to remind me about a item left in my cart.

I brought this to their attention, they didn't acknowledge my feedback or apologize.

Instead they sent me a 1 word email acknowledging my request to cancel my subscription.

Arrogant lot if you ask me. Pity because some of their boxes are great
