Appalling Service
We had bought 6 drums of Weber Sky Blue paint from Chaimberlains Centurion in Oct 2024 and had redone our pool exactly to the specifications of the instructions. Now the paint is coming off in a powder form??? We had visted your branch on Monday and had spoken to the paint department manager who then contacted Weber paint. The manager had taken all my details and assured me that someone will contact me and come and have a look. I also spoke to your chat lady on your website today who had forwarded the enquiry to management, but still no response. We cannot use the pool and it is just getting worse by the day. Your lack of service is appalling.

Appalling Service

Chamberlain Centurion, Bad customer service
This morning i went to Chamberlain’s Centurion, as we walked out my husband saw a door that was marked down, he took a photo of the discounted door , we asked the assistant if its the correct price, he said yes, so my husband went inside to buy the door, then , 2 employees came out try to change the price, when they did not exceed, they took the price down…by confronting the guy in charge he said he can’t give us the price… My concern is is if they can make such a big mistake, and trying to hide it, they can also, put a wrong price that is to much on some products, and you will pay whit out knowing it…. Why hide there mistakes……im very disappointed in Chamberlain Centurion.. and im a regular customer there, from now i will double check all my prices before i pay…. Shame on you CHAMBERLAIN CENTURION

Answering service and etiquette
Every time I speak to someone over the phone asking about its descriptions you always get a white male person whom seem to be irritating that you called in, and not willing to help, very quick to hang up the phone on you. I wish they had more description on the website so that we don't have to call in and ask the detail
