Horrible Service

We had bought 6 drums of Weber Sky Blue paint from Chaimberlains Centurion in Oct 2024 and had redone our pool exactly to the specifications of the instructions. Now the paint is coming off in a powder form??? We had visted your branch on Monday 5 March 2026 and had spoken to the paint department manager who then contacted Saint-Gobain . The manager had taken all my details and assured me that someone will contact me and come and have a look.

On March 5th I was finally contacted by Vekershlin who came together with his associate Frans on 10 of March. They had take a test sample of the water and told me to give them a week for test results on the water. I keep getting messages from Vek to advise that he is still waiting on results?????? It is now 1 April and we still have no answer????? Their service and updates or lack thereof is truly disgusting. Do you even investigate the suppliers you are dealing with????
