I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and arrogant attitude I have repeatedly experienced at Vodacom Harvest Place. Every interaction has left me feeling frustrated, unheard, and completely let down. On 15 October 2025, I visited the store to cancel my LTE contract due to having no signal at my home, despite being assured beforehand that I would have coverage. During this visit, Shamilajada Tsesarie informed me that my refund would be processed and paid into my account by 17 October 2025. Not only did this not happen, but I also received no feedback or communication from the store. After waiting far beyond the promised date, I returned to the store on 6 December 2025. I was then informed by Blondie that no action had been taken on my cancellation request for almost a full week after I submitted it. Because of this delay, I was told my refund would now only reflect on 11 December 2025. To make matters worse, on 8 December 2025, I received an email stating that I now need to send a separate email to Vodacom to claim my refund—something I was never informed about during the cancellation process. This means even more delays caused entirely by the store’s lack of communication and inefficiency. On top of the constant runaround, the attitude of the staff I have dealt with has been arrogant, unhelpful, and unacceptable. Instead of assisting or taking responsibility, I am met with dismissiveness and no effort to resolve anything properly. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
