Bad customer service

I got in the store to purchase some snacks only to find out that the item was priced wrong..as I was abt to pay... But the assistance manager Donivan,, promised that he will come back to us n we have been waiting on the tills left unattended... This is such a bad service you would expect more especially in such a huge store😖😖🥵
