Eastgate Mall Checkers treated me like a thieve and traumatized me and my son.

on the 28th, I was with my 3year old son we went for shopping...right after doing my shopping as we went out the machine beeped (signaling that I had not paid one of my items).... To cut the story short a Security supervisor was called up to deal with the matter, when he took me to the cashier who was assisting me the two ladies denied seeing the item on my grocery list ( which was the panado medicine)... I asked the manager to check the cameras because i was now being taken for a thieve and everyone was starring at me, only to find out that the item was charged and is on the receipt.....

Checkers employees failed to take accountability and apologize.even the employees did nothing.
