I wanted to report how bolt doesn't stand for their drivers, instead they tend to take a passengers side more. One reliable driver had their account suspended, because a female requester got furious when they driver returned a parcel they were suppose to deliver. The parcel happened to be female shoes....and the driver returned them upon realizing that the requester was giving them so many instructions on the delivery which sounded off. The lady out of spite told the driver that she will show me who she is....the incindent happend on the 4th November but was reporting in December. Bolt fails to track conversations between two parties to get the truth. but they keep on saying " they investigating and waiting for the other party to confirm if they received the parcel or not" mean while the driver is left stranded all because a female human decided to be despiteful.
Thee worse funeral service ever, the policy made my gran sign up for something different while they changed everything...today we stuck on how to go about preparing her funeral.
Just when I thought my account was sorted, Rain does it again.. Not sure who handles the account side but they doing a ****py job. My other sim was loaded with 3GB instead of 2GB while the other one only has 0.73 with no minutes and 135 sms instead of 100... further more my account says I owe R265 in arears which I know nothing about cos my payment date is the 15th not 5th.. I thinks its best I cancel the services, seeing that the people fail to do their job.
I have been with Rain Network for the longest time, with not many issues besides the billing side. Last month, I was told my subscription would increase by R10, meaning from this month I will be paying R295. I didn't have an issue, I agreed. Yesterday, when I checked my invoice, I was billed R305, not sure why. Meanwhile, one of the two SIM cards I have with them was not loaded, which should have been loaded on the 15th.
Managers at Rivonia Village Checkers sold me rotten samoosa, and when I went to return it the only thing I got from the manager who didn't even pay attention to me nor be bothered was "askies". I don't understand if this is what training they get on how to treat customers, or it is because I'm black.
traumatized me and my son. on the 28th, I was with my 3year old son we went for shopping...right after doing my shopping as we went out the machine beeped (signaling that I had not paid one of my items).... To cut the story short a Security supervisor was called up to deal with the matter, when he took me to the cashier who was assisting me the two ladies denied seeing the item on my grocery list ( which was the panado medicine)... I asked the manager to check the cameras because i was now being taken for a thieve and everyone was starring at me, only to find out that the item was charged and is on the receipt..... Checkers employees failed to take accountability and apologize.even the employees did nothing.

would never recommend anyone to get the property with Standard Bank, rather you opt for a different bank. I have a property with Standard Bank and have had difficulties with paying my bond( couldn't reach the needed installment since it kept on increasing monthly). I opted to sell the house through EASYSELL and to my surprise the interest rates still app**** even when the house was on sale. So basically they want me to lose and drown in debt while all the money goes to them and I get nothing in return, But now seems like no one is willing to assist on the account I am now being told by an EasySell agent that the amount of the house is too high I need to negotiate reduction balance. I am pushed to reduce the selling amount so they can get rid of me and my family while I take upon huge shortfalls. Their lack of empathy and understanding is staggering.
