I had one of the worst experiences at Checkers St George’s Mall. The service was absolutely terrible. Staff were disorganized and clearly prioritized customers paying with cash over those using cards, which makes no sense in 2025. People who had just joined the line were being helped first, while the rest of us who’d been waiting patiently were ignored.

Because of this nonsense, I ended up being late, even though I arrived with plenty of time to spare. There was zero communication or effort to manage the line fairly. Honestly, this kind of service is unacceptable — Checkers needs to seriously sort out their staff training and priorities.
