I had one of the worst experiences at Checkers St George’s Mall. The service was absolutely terrible. Staff were disorganized and clearly prioritized customers paying with cash over those using cards, which makes no sense in 2025. People who had just joined the line were being helped first, while the rest of us who’d been waiting patiently were ignored. Because of this nonsense, I ended up being late, even though I arrived with plenty of time to spare. There was zero communication or effort to manage the line fairly. Honestly, this kind of service is unacceptable — Checkers needs to seriously sort out their staff training and priorities.
****ty service, they randomly reschedule your order putting it on dates that inconvenience you and the customer rep sounded sleepy on the call no help at all
ADT , you've given the ****tiest service I regret ever getting in business with you guys , the alarm hasn't been working for months you want to charge us for a tech visit which is weird the equipment hasn't been working for months and I have been paying whilst it's not working
Thank you for the **** service , can't even enquire about a simple price and she is rude to her clients she just just close her damn shop if she can't talk to people
