I'm writing this review as a warning to others. I bought a shoe from Chekish South Africa on 12 Dec 2025, paid in full via Pay Just Now (first payment taken, followed by two month-end deductions in Dec and Jan). Despite their 7-day delivery policy, I still haven't received my shoe. It's been about 2 months, and I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of communication and service. No response to WhatsApp, email, or any other platform. No accountability, no refund, and no delivery. R900 down the drain.
To Checkish SA: Sort out your customer service and honour your delivery commitments.
To anyone who's had a similar experience: Please share how you resolved this. I'm desperate for help getting my refund. Hello Peter (Chekish SA), if you're reading this, I'd appreciate a response. Ifc can assist in resolving this, I'd be grateful.
