Chelly B Functions ,Roodepoort , With Michelle Winter Fjellvik listed as the owner. After leaving my property , removed personal items worth thousands of rands . We have attempted to contact her , and also retrieve the items , but without success . A charge of theft has been laid with SAPS. These people are not to be trusted .

We made use of Chellyb for our wedding in October. Everything went according to plan and was beautiful. We emailed them on Monday and asked of they were aware of broken crystal pieces used for the flower arrangements. They said there were no broken pieces but a few pieces missing. This was very strange to us so we want back to the venue to double check if anything was left behind. We spoke to the floor manager himself and he confirmed that he himself packed the decor. He said he placed the candle holders on top of the broken pieces and the rest of the crystals on top. We phoned Scott and he denied that there were any broken ones (even with so many witnesses). He blamed us, saying it's our responsibility (like we had to sleep next to his precious crystals to gaurd them). They deducted it from our damage deposit even though we were innocent. My advice to anyone using them in the future, take photos of anything broken, wake up the next morning nice and early to double check everything before Scott collects. Being wrongfully accused, humiliated and paying for someone you did not do..well my friend..word of mouth will do the job..we will spread it like wildfire!!!

I first used Chelly B in 2013. On the 21st August 2016 i required there services again. I was supplied with a quote after numerous requests and the so called PA telling me she cannot generate a quote as she is busy backing up her computer which would be done within an hour. 6 hours later i called her again, again to be told that it is taking longer than anticipated but i could mail my request to another email address. Why didnt she say so in the first place. I accepted the quote and promptly paid the invoice via EFT. The following day i called to ask for there address. The so called PA told me she would send it. Nothing arrived. I spent the rest of the trying to call and sent numerous mails but nothing. I even called the cell number for the director and left numerous messages. I began to wonder if i had been taken for a ride by this so called reputable company. On the 25th August i eventually managed to get hold of Scott the director. He advised that a mail had been sent to my inbox with the address. TO MY HORROR i discovered that Chelly B has an outstanding invoice in my name from 2013 and that Michelle now wanted me to pay for items that were not returned. She deducted the amount owing and wanted a further R1500.00 befor i could collect plus i now needed to pay a further R5000.00 breakage deposit in case this happens again. I was in a state as my function was the next day. I contacted Scott with this regards and asked why nobody had ever contacted me or mailed me as they had my email address and number and did they really think i would go back to a company that i owed money to. He told me that it is what it is. Either pay the money and deposit or go somewhere else. I have never in my life been so humiliated and ill treated by any of my suppliers. They were not even prepared to discuss the matter and turns out that the invoice that was outstanding was for the company i then worked for. I will advise that you dont pay a cent until you have recieved the goods and BEWARE THEY ARE SHARKS. I will never recommend them to any of my clients again.
