I bought my Chery Tiggo 4 pro CVT in February 2023 out of the box. To have endless issues with the service done on my car, or should I say service not done. I have now taken my car for about the 7th time asking about my fuel consumption and why my engine light comes on a week after they have so called attended to the issue. At 43000KM my brake booster has given in and for a part that is supposed to last a lifetime of my vehicle, obviously there is something wrong with the vehicle, or it was a demo that had the data cleared. For a brand new car to give such issues is a big worry, not impressed by the way these issues are being resolved as being **** to by service advisors and mechanics regards the information on what the issues are with the vehicle.

Good luck to any one with a chery at boksburg branch. You get charged R800 labour +R 100 fittings + R 345 light globe for 10 min fitting after a week with no return booking call, attempted to get help at boksburg branch. I was met 11am reseption who told me if i pay cash they wont charge fitment and put it in but i had maintenence plan and didnt want to do her job and get autherisation number i said ill be back at 3pm.and no atherisation on an extra maintanence plan and after second time in one day 26/03/2024 after i argued for a number to call for my own reference number from 3pm to 5.15pm 26/03/2024 i finaly got a number and a bulb fitted. Usles and uncalled for R800 for me doing her job and for 10min installation and the 100 for what when i was told if i pay cash no fee will be charged Please can some one fix this refund and fix their services
