I bought my Chery Tiggo 4 pro CVT in February 2023 out of the box. To have endless issues with the service done on my car, or should I say service not done. I have now taken my car for about the 7th time asking about my fuel consumption and why my engine light comes on a week after they have so called attended to the issue. At 43000KM my brake booster has given in and for a part that is supposed to last a lifetime of my vehicle, obviously there is something wrong with the vehicle, or it was a demo that had the data cleared. For a brand new car to give such issues is a big worry, not impressed by the way these issues are being resolved as being **** to by service advisors and mechanics regards the information on what the issues are with the vehicle.
I have tried canceling my account now for the last 4 months and had no luck. I phoned in to cancel my account as I do not work for such a lot of money anymore and can not afford it. I was then told I can not cancel the account but Isabella Garcia will make it less, where I rep**** no I want to make cancel it. They agreed and then R 400 taken from my account for my product which I cancelled. Then this month R900. I need to cancel this account urgently as this is stopping me from even being able to buy food for myself. I need answers urgently and my account cancelled. If there is more money taken off of my account from Isabella Garcia I will take this further as I have even messaged and emailed you now. This is negligence from your customer care department.
