Fnb buisness banker outrage
Northmead square business department. I was given the wrong information twice and I've had to pay out of my own pocket twice to rectify the buisness bankers mistake. Upon requesting hi. To give me the complaints department email and numbers he gave me a **** email. Management won't take responsibility for his actions. I need my money reimbursed on his expence as debit orders gave garn off as he said they were canceled as well. I don't recommend fnb buisness to anyone it's best having a capitec account.

They are ****s. They charge you a joining fee on the same day I tried to cancel and get my money back They refused. They promis u a earning potential to rent out your profile discounts and you never get anything. I'm battling to cancel my contract. It states one month deduction and they have billed me every month. Dont sign up You can google and get your own holidays booked at there prices. I was investing in returns and still no pay outs to me. They ****

Planet fitness ****ing people into membership
They don't cancel your contract after taking 3 months to sign you up then they promis you times you agree on and they don't let you in the gym. The kids gamed with me for 3 months and once my contract was signed they told me my kids must be locked in the play room with nothing but a table and pen n paper in this new world I dint know what rock they living under. My daughter with special needs must sit at the front door in harms way to be kidnaped as there is no proper supervision. 2 months later premiums are still going off that I never agreed on. Planet fitness manager in northmead square doesn't reply to emails. I want my refund as in yesterday

Bone scratched new car
BP Brentwood park servent tsepho attended to me at 2.00pm Friday 10.05.2024 The gy asked to do tyres and water I said all OK tsepho desires to wash my window and on my car you can't lift the window wipers. Which hi did and scratched my paint on my brand new cherry tigo. As we are all told it's the design on the car you can't lift wipers Who is going to pay for my bone to be resprayed

chery boksburg dont buy a chery
Good luck to any one with a chery at boksburg branch. You get charged R800 labour +R 100 fittings + R 345 light globe for 10 min fitting after a week with no return booking call, attempted to get help at boksburg branch. I was met 11am reseption who told me if i pay cash they wont charge fitment and put it in but i had maintenence plan and didnt want to do her job and get autherisation number i said ill be back at 3pm.and no atherisation on an extra maintanence plan and after second time in one day 26/03/2024 after i argued for a number to call for my own reference number from 3pm to 5.15pm 26/03/2024 i finaly got a number and a bulb fitted. Usles and uncalled for R800 for me doing her job and for 10min installation and the 100 for what when i was told if i pay cash no fee will be charged Please can some one fix this refund and fix their services

Pep Brentwood park
I bought a phone from pep store Brentwood park as I needed a phone. There price displayed was 3799 and charged me 3899. When a asked they are to sell it as per consumer rights price advertised they said it's too much to cover and pay in from there side take it or leave it. I had no choice but to buy it. I have all the photos to back up my setuation can pep please refund me my money and I hope they have more respect towards grabbing there customers and shoving them when taking photos to lay complaints. OEP SA please sort this out. I will never shop at pep again rude and diss honest and no customer respect.

Cartrack is not my choice
Still waiting for feedback on our policy to be cancled they wanted to chek the vehicles which has been done. I have one vehicle which still has not been transfered to new owner. But I'm still waiting for updates from bad service or no service from 2 weeks of installation i have pushed for calcellation on there account as why must i pay when i have still not been given updates and follow through on my prosesses asked. I would never get this provider there telephone lines are always out of order or you can't get through. Good luck to me we pay for service still not getting. Dentist orily merry street Rynfield benoni
Do not come here to this dentist. You make a consultation to get charged R1409.70 The dentist runs from one room to another getting equipment and you must wonder if it's sterile. Everyone is touching the equipment. We came in for a check up with one sore tooth which was load shedding so couldn't take an exray. Then we caped one tooth i get told there is another one but pack up and leave. I said how can we leave with a hole in a tooth. So they set to do second tooth now they saying I must come in sedate and pull teeth, the ones we repaired. Money making story this. I get told pay and no receipt to say what I've been charged. After a stink up they sat and typed one. Realy no manners and rediculouse practice this is. On oriley merry street northmead benoni
