Chery Lady Smith after sales service appalling

Purchased a vehicle from the dealer salesman Tinus, appalling customer service vehicle delivered to me in Boksburg and immediately informed that the vehicle bonnet doesn’t open upon inspection in May to-date (July) still haven’t been assisted and the man never responds. Informed him that the rear passenger door on left doesn’t lock and still no support on remedial action.
